Training

Agile Paws Dog Sports uses positive methods to teach you and your dog. We will focus on improving the relationship between you and your dog using play and positive reinforcement.

Group classes meet for an hour once a week for 6 weeks. The cost for the group class is $120.

Foundation for Agility

Our Foundation class will teach your dog an awareness of their bodies, introduce you and your dog to agility obstacles and cover basic obedience skills needed for agility. You will also learn about Clicker training and how it can improve the communication between you and your dog.

Looking for another class?

If you are interested in a different class, contact us and let us know. If we get enough interest we will consider adding it. Classes we are currently considering adding include Puppy, Clicker and Obedience.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are also available. The cost for private lessons are $60 per hour. Contact us for more information or to schedule an appointment.

Is this class for you?

Our Foundation class is geared towards the inexperienced dog & handler. No experience necessary. If you have completed a basic obedience class, there will still be a lot of things for you and your dog to learn. We will cover basic manners around other dogs, introduction to clicker training, sit, down, stay, recalls as well as introducing agility obstacles including jumps, tunnels, weaves and contacts. As long as your dog is healthy and not aggressive with people or dogs, they can be successful.

Puppy Kindergarten

Our Puppy class is for young puppies and is designed to give them a good start in life. We will introduce them to positive training methods, get them used to being handled and much more.
